Glenn BarclayChair Glenn has a background working in public sector unions, most recently as the National Secretary of the PSA Te Pukenga Here Tikanga Mahi. He worked for the PSA as a policy advisor for several years before taking on the senior leadership role in 2015. He is a firm believer in the importance of properly funded public services and the need to raise revenue for them in a way that is fair and promotes equality. He retired from the PSA in 2020 and currently holds a number of governance roles on boards.

Louise DelanySecretary Louise is a public health lawyer and academic. For most of her working life, Louise has been employed as a public servant in the health sector on public health law and policy; she has also worked as a legal researcher at the Law Commission; as a drafter; and adviser in the Ministry of Justice. Currently, Louise works part-time as a senior lecturer, teaching public health law and ethics; and global health law. |
